Commitment and 100% effort are the main ingredients to developing athleticism. Do to the commitment level it takes to be successful, we like to have the athlete come into the facility and perform a baseline test so that we can first see the tangible needs and goals of the athlete. Second, we determine if the athlete has the commitment and desire to accomplish their goals. Once the athlete commits, the Champion's QUEST Staff commits to them for life!

 

Athletic Performance Evaluation

Before any athlete enrolls in one of our Peak Performance Programs, they must complete an Athletic Performance Evaluation. This is a 20-point assessment which will allow our Athletic Performance Coaches to:

1) Determine if this is the right program for the athlete

2) Determine which one of our Peak Performance Programs best suits your athlete & their goals
