"Besides the fact that Champion’s Quest has made me a better, stronger, and longer-lasting athlete, it has given me the mental ability to fight through any emotional or physical challenges in sports and academics that may appear in my life. What I like most is the friendly service and one-on-one feedback between the athletes and trainers. It has taught me to never give up even when I am mentally and physically tired. The Academy also taught me to stick to whatever I’m doing and to commit to something I believe in, whether it be, school, athletics, or other extra curricular activities.
