About the CRMS
After many years of research, numerous recomendation letters to college coaches, and over 80 athletes moving on to collegiate athletics from the Champion's QUEST Athlete Academy we are excited to offer the College Recruiting Management System (CRMS). This system will add clarity, structure and organization to the entire recruiting process 8th grade through senior year signing day.
How the CRMS Can Help You
By partnering with the National Collegiate Scouting Association (NCSA) to provide the online efforts of the recruiting efforts we can make the athletes using our CRMS more visable and marketable. Along with this partnership each Champion's Quest athlete enrolled in the CRMS will have a bio page on the NCSA website that is viewed by over 35,000 coaches nationwide. To also aid in this process we have developed a year-by-year system that will organize and educate your athlete on the college recruiting process.
Each athlete will be given a seasonal checklist to help keep them on track towards their ultimate goal of playing collegiate sports. The athlete will be managed by our college recruiting staff member to keep your athlete on track with their grades, sport specific stats, and the different tasks it takes to get recruited. They will also help answer questions many people ask when researching the recruitment process.
Some of these questions include:
- Where do coaches find recruits?
- What ability level is needed for what division?
- What do I need to do to get recruited?
- How many coaches do I need to connect with?
Here are a few of the highlights of how the CRMS will help your athlete:
- Information on each division to decide which is best for your athlete
- List of the top 20 schools for each major and sport
- Sample e-mails, resumes and cover letters to give to coaches
- When and how coaches are able to contact the athlete, and when the athlete can contact the coach based on NCAA rules and regulations.
The CRMS will not only help your athlete get into the right college for them, but will also teach them responsibility and accountability to help them gain the confidence they need to be a successful collegiate athlete.
