"Champion’s Quest has made my form better so on the court I am stronger. I also increased my speed. What I like the most about Champion’s Quest is that the trainers boost your confidence and you build personal relationships with the trainers. The Athlete Academy has taught me that to succeed you need to have strength, speed, and agility, if you want to improve. Having these is vital. Champion’s Quest is more focused on you instead of making sure the team is caught up like at practice. You get to focus on your individual needs"
