The Champion’s Quest Peak Performance Program for basketball players trains the precise muscles used in jumping to increase your athlete’s vertical leap in rebounding, blocking and jump shot. Years of research with young basketball players have resulted in the most effective basketball vertical jump program available. We combine fundamental biomechanical athletic movement with resistance based strength development. Next, we enhance fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment and increase force production. We integrate athlete, parent, and coach feedback to focus on key areas for development.
