Use predictive INSIGHT and CONFIDENCE to improve your game
The great athletes often speak about predictive behavior. This is a common characteristic called pro-activity. It comes in part from being so confident in your athletic ability that your mind is completely free to focus on the game. When you’re not worried that you are going to blow the play, you can focus your thoughts on the game dynamics.
Confidence is directly correlated to ability. Even if you’re not the fastest player on the team, you can make up for your speed by being able to anticipate an upcoming move! Every Champion’s Quest athlete increases their confidence. With sound fundamental athletic ability as a foundation an athlete can focus on winning.

"Champion’s Quest has let me keep in shape, burn calories and gain muscle. It has made me lead a more healthful and rewarding life. I like Champion’s Quest because it helps keep me physically fit and gain muscle, I like how the people are nice and it’s in a safe environment. The athlete academy has taught me that even if I don’t want to do something healthful I should do it anyways. At Champion’s Quest there are less people per coach, also it’s indoors and we do more working out than at practice"
