Your core is the launching pad for all of your athletic movement. The "core" consists of the many muscles that stabilize the spine and pelvis and run the entire length of the torso. These muscles provide the foundation for movement in the extremities and are important for transferring the full power of the body to drive phase. Core conditioning is a fundamental part the Champion’s Quest Peak Performance Program.

"In general, I was really big and couldn't do much. I had no self-confidence and no self-esteem. But since I joined Champions Quest, I feel great and I see that I'm getting stronger and losing weight. I like how the trainers are friendly but also push you to your limits. I also like how they see your mistakes and fix them. They taught me to never quit and to give 100% all the time. Also they taught me how to stay focused and how to get ready for upcoming events. They also cheer me on. I think that Champions Quest focuses more on what your ability is while outside they want to see you get better or else. In the end Champions Quest is a great environment to be in."
