Your core is the launching pad for all of your athletic movement. The "core" consists of the many muscles that stabilize the spine and pelvis and run the entire length of the torso. These muscles provide the foundation for movement in the extremities and are important for transferring the full power of the body to complex dives. Core conditioning is a fundamental part the Champion’s Quest Peak Performance Program.
