Become proactive
Use predictive insight to get ahead of the play
The great athletes often speak about predictive behavior. This is a common characteristic called pro-activity. It comes in part from being so confident in your athletic ability that your mind is completely free to focus on the game. When you’re not worried that you are going to blow the play, you can focus your thoughts on the game dynamics. Confidence is directly correlated to ability. Even if you’re not the fastest player on the team, you can make up for your speed by being able to anticipate an upcoming move! Every Champion’s Quest athlete increases their confidence. With sound fundamental athletic ability as a foundation an athlete can focus on winning.

"CQ helped me gain more confidence and strength as an athlete through challenging training and encouragement. I like the one-on-one training and athlete specific exercises as well as the encouragement. Staying focused and goal oriented is key in success. Commitment makes a true athlete. Commit to yourself! It is more focused and intense. I give 100% and think about how to improve."
