Better coordination
Be where you need to be for every hit and throw
Coordination is a learned activity that is important for football players, especially those who handle the ball. Without developing this skill, the athlete will become frustrated by not connecting with the ball, by missing a catch, dropping a hand-off, or inaccurately throwing the ball. The most important part of coordination is the brain. The brain almost instantly calculates where the ball is going, and sends signals to the muscles needed to make a successful kick or block. The Champion’s Quest Peak Performance Program develops coordination by first placing the athlete in situations that force him to initially think and, after repetition, react.
