Become proactive

Use predictive insight to get ahead of the play

The great athletes often speak about predictive behavior.  This is a common characteristic called pro-activity.   It comes in part from being so confident in your athletic ability that your mind is completely free to focus on the game. When you’re not worried that you are going to blow the play, you can focus your thoughts on the game dynamics.  Confidence is directly correlated to ability. Even if you’re not the fastest player on the team, you can make up for your speed by being able to anticipate an upcoming move!  Every Champion’s Quest athlete increases their confidence.  With sound fundamental athletic ability as a foundation an athlete can focus on winning.

"I was in middle school at McAuliffe and I was tall thin and awkward. Now I’m just tall and thin. When I was born my last vertebrae in my back never formed and it made my running very bad, I ran stiff. Needless to say, I don’t run that way anymore. At the Athlete Academy I work harder than I normally would."
