For all competitive lacrosse teams and athletes, strength training now plays a major role. Lacrosse requires functional strength training that combines explosive power with muscular endurance. The Champion’s Quest Peak Performance Program for lacrosse players uses proprietary functional strength development methods based on years of training and research with youth lacrosse players. The stronger your muscles are in relationship to your own bodyweight, the faster you will run, the harder you will hit, the higher you will jump, and the easier you will overpower and outmaneuver your opponent. We combine fundamental biomechanical athletic movement with resistance and endurance based strength development. Next, we add fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment and core strength. The result is lacrosse athletes who consistently dominate the lacrosse field because they outrun, outplay, outperform, and outlast their opponents.
