Better coordination
Be where you need to be for every pass and shot
Coordination is a learned activity that is important for soccer players, especially for handling the ball. Without developing this skill, the athlete will become frustrated by not connecting with the ball, by missing a pass, or inaccurately shooting the ball. The most important part of coordination is the brain. The brain almost instantly calculates where the ball is going, and sends signals to the muscles needed to make a successful kick or shot. The Champion’s Quest Peak Performance Program develops coordination by first placing the athlete in situations that force him to initially think and, after repetition, react.
