Increased Serving Power

The importance of upper body and arm strength

When serving most of the power of a throw will come from the strength of your back, arms core and legs.  Since tennis serve technique is restricted (ball over your head, legs close together, etc) working on the proper serving biomechanics will also increase serving power and accuracy.  Champion’s Quest athletes develop strength in the key muscle groups needed to make the best serves with power.

"Champions Quest has made me stronger and much faster. My confidence has got my brain to say, "Hey! I can keep up with these guys!" I like the trainers the most because they're the ones who got me in this position and got me where I'm at besides school and my parents. Champions Quest has taught me that if I come to Champions Quest I'll gain experience and I'll gain more commitment. Champions Quest is shorter than practice, but it's harder so I get more out of it."
