The Champion’s Quest Peak Performance Program for track & field athletes uses proprietary functional strength development methods based on years of training and research with youth track & field athletes. 

The stronger your muscles are in relationship to your own bodyweight, the faster you will run, the harder you will throw and the higher you will jump. We combine fundamental biomechanical athletic movement with resistance and endurance based strength development.  Next, we add fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment and core strength.  The result is track & field athletes who consistently dominate their event because they outrun, outperform, and outlast their opponents.
