Gain better coordination

Be where you need to be for every hit

Coordination is a learned activity that is important for volleyball players. Without developing this skill, the athlete will become frustrated by not connecting squarely with the ball and missing a serve, or inaccurately hitting the ball.  The most important part of coordination is the brain. The brain almost instantly calculates where the ball is going, and sends signals to the muscles needed to make a successful hit or block. The Champion’s Quest Peak Performance Program develops coordination by first placing the athlete in situations that force him to initially think and, after repetition, react.

"CQ helped me gain more confidence and strength as an athlete through challenging training and encouragement. I like the one-on-one training and athlete specific exercises as well as the encouragement. Staying focused and goal oriented is key in success. Commitment makes a true athlete. Commit to yourself! It is more focused and intense. I give 100% and think about how to improve."
