Gain better coordination
Be where you need to be for every hit
Coordination is a learned activity that is important for volleyball players. Without developing this skill, the athlete will become frustrated by not connecting squarely with the ball and missing a serve, or inaccurately hitting the ball. The most important part of coordination is the brain. The brain almost instantly calculates where the ball is going, and sends signals to the muscles needed to make a successful hit or block. The Champion’s Quest Peak Performance Program develops coordination by first placing the athlete in situations that force him to initially think and, after repetition, react.

"Champions Quest has made a difference in my life because it has given me the strength to compete at another level. It has made me a more successful tennis player, and therefore, more confident and versatile. My favorite things about Champions Quest is that not only do they provide sports training; they teach other lessons that pertain to what the focus is that day. I like how the program is goal oriented and progressive as you come more. The athlete academy has taught me that you need all of the above to be a successful athlete and person. The benefit of the Champions Quest experience is considerably more focused than my school practice and it adds another dimension to my outside practice."
