For all competitive volleyball teams and athletes, strength training now plays a major role. Volleyball requires functional strength training that combines explosive power with muscular endurance. The Champion’s Quest Peak Performance Program for volleyball players uses proprietary functional strength development methods based on years of training and research with young volleyball players. The stronger your muscles are in relationship to your own bodyweight, the quicker you will react, the harder you will hit, the higher you will jump, and the easier you will overpower and outmaneuver your opponent. We combine fundamental biomechanical athletic movement with resistance and endurance based strength development. Next, we add fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment and core strength. The result is volleyball athletes who consistently dominate the court because they overpower, outplay, outperform, and outlast their opponents.
