Volleyball players need the ability to move forwards, backwards and sideways and always be ready to instantly change direction. They also must be able to execute these movements while hitting the ball, coordinating with teammates and resisting an opponent’s effort. At Champion’s Quest, the Peak Performance programs for volleyball athletes increases agility by building of a solid biomechanical foundation and then adding strength and speed elements. The result is more powerful, controlled, and balanced athletic movement.
