Become proactive

Use predictive insight to get ahead of the play

Most great athletes often speak about predictive behavior. In order to become an elite athlete your behavior towards training must be proactive. The more this happens, the more you can set yourself to build on your weaknesses and maintain your strengths. Everything an athlete does to help their athletic ability will in turn build up their mental game. As an athlete increases confidence in their athletic ability, their mind will be completely free to focus on the game. When you’re not worried that you are going to blow the play, you can focus your thoughts on the game dynamics.

Confidence is directly correlated to ability. Even if you’re not the fastest player on the team, you can make up for your speed by being able to anticipate an upcoming move!  We at Champion’s Quest help athletes to increase their confidence with mental training during each private session. With a sound fundamental athletic ability as a foundation an athlete can focus on their next move and becoming a champion from within.

"Overall it made me grow in the little things like strength, confidence, acceleration, etc. It makes you develop the mechanics of all sports. It's made me put my body in shape. I realize how important it is to be in focus. It's focused straight to the point, takes out the time to develop "you" not others. They get to know your weaknesses. Also they have no history with you so they can say how it is. If you are not there then you can have no success. They have made me come face to face with reality. They have put me into situations that make me have to choose between giving up or push it out. I'm not involved with their bull anymore. I'm not in drama. I just play for me. I am also in much better shape by not just getting school practice. Let's just say I have not given up."
