Whether driving in for a shot or sprinting for possession on a face-off, water polo players need speed. That speed comes from efficient technique, yes, but also from the speed and power in which the player is swimming through the water. Speed comes from power, power from strength and strength from stability. Athletes that commit to the Peak Performance Water Polo program have an advantage over their opponents due to the total body strength and power they have developed from their fully customized training programs that have been crafted for their individual needs.
