The more power a player can generate from their core when taking a shot, the more velocity they can apply to the ball or when fighting an opponent they can have that edge to win a position. Athletes committed to our Peak Performance programs can develop their core muscles so that they have the confidence to challenge every opponents without having any limitations. This is accomplished by taking the players through scientifically proven core stabilization progressions.

We also work to build up the athlete’s strength and power with exercises specifically designed for the sport of Water Polo. Every Elite Water Polo athlete has an intense exercise program that is focused on their core. They know how vital it is to increase core strength in order to be a competitor on such an elite stage. The more an athlete can build up their core the faster they can transfer power from their lower to upper extremities and have increased power overall as an athlete.
