The skills acquired at these camps enable athletes to believe in themselves and contribute to their athleticism, which provides them with opportunities for advancement in athletics. Our camps are held both here at our athlete training facility as well as local parks & fields. We offer the following Camps:

CAMP DETAILS

Your athlete will learn football language, testing drills, proper techniques of the game, valuable nutrition education, and how to handle pressure situations.

CAMP DETAILS

Train like a complete soccer player! This indoor soccer (futsal) camp is for soccer players looking to improve their skill on the ball, their athleticism on the field and tactical knowledge of the game. 

 

 

 

Your athlete will learn how to:

-Increase their speed on and off the ball

-Develop their strength and power when shooting and defending

-Improve their control and awareness with the ball in pressure situations.

SPEED

 

 


CAMP DETAILS

- Acceleration Speed & Biomechanics (6/18 - 6/22): The athletes will learn how to explode during the accelerating phase of running and use their power to travel quicker in the first phase of acceleration.

- Multi-Directional Speed & Quick Reaction (6/25 - 6/29): Athletes will learn change of direction, sprints, agility, and reaction time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 - Top End (7/9 - 7/13): This third week, athletes will increase their top end speed at longer distances.

 

- Explosive Speed (Maximum Velocity) (7/16 - 7/20): Athletes will use a number of types of resistance to gain strength which will increase their ability to produce power.

CAMP DETAILS

Beginner (ages 8-13): This camp focuses on the basics of passing, setting, and hitting of volleyball with an emphasis on footwork, upper body strength, and athleticism that accompanies those basics. 

 

 

 

 

Intermediate/Club Prep (ages 12 -14): This volleyball school camp, mainly for intermediate level athletes, will focus on developing consistency of volleyball skills.
