Soccer CAMP
CAMP DETAILS
Train like a complete soccer player! This indoor soccer (futsal) camp is for soccer players looking to improve their skill on the ball, their athleticism on the field and tactical knowledge of the game.

SPEED CAMP
athlete IMPROVEMENT
- Athletes will learn how to explode during the accelerating phase of running and use their power to travel quicker in the first phase of acceleration.
- Athletes will learn change of direction, sprints, agility, and reaction time.
- Athletes will wire their bodies for quick explosive movements in all directions while learning to prevent injury by improving body control and biomechanics.
